Decision waiting on you
You asked to open the one-pager and pull it. It doesn't exist — here's what does, and the number this needs.
legacy-map-builder/.planning/elp-one-pager-for-john-clients.md was checked twice on the desktop, across the whole legacy-map-builder repo and the johnanderson relationship folder. Zero matches. If a one-pager with this pricing line was drafted, it wasn't saved where you named — or it was never written. This doesn't block answering the pricing question itself, but it means there's no existing draft to correct — whatever number gets set here would be going on the page for the first time.
What's already on the record
Everything below is sourced, not invented — pulled from John's own emails and your project notes.
| Offer | Price | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Full ELP annual practice — his current number, 50% at launch, balance quarterly, money-back guarantee | $15,000/yr | leader-pricing.png, owner-pricing.png (2026-07-15) |
| One-day immersion / "tune-up" on-ramp, money-back guarantee, ~80% convert to full coaching | ~$4,000 | rel-johnanderson notes |
| Full 36-month ELP engagement (older framing) | ~$56,000 total | 2026-06-18-john-problem-analysis.md |
| Virtual John / 10 Million Triangles — separate corporate platform product | $100–1,200/employee/yr | floated, not settled |
| Your fee for delivering coaching inside John's engagement — not what he charges his clients | $150/hr | $37.50/Triangle, $150/mo, $450/qtr |
Correction already in motion
$15,000 is a deliberate cut from $17,500. John explicitly asked to drop the old number and drop a "36-month" framing (THREADS.md item 5). As of 2026-07-13 the stale $17,500 was still showing on two other pitch-page drafts — a live inconsistency worth fixing wherever it's found, separate from this decision.
The Legacy Map tool itself has no standalone price. It's always been priced inside the coaching engagement. "What if someone just wants JohnBot" came up 6/18 and was left explicitly unpriced.
The decision
The one-pager's exact offer and scope aren't known — it doesn't exist to check. So the real decision narrows to which existing number this line should restate, not a new price to invent.
Recommendation
Option A — $15,000/yr, sourced verbatim from John's own pricing screenshots. It's his live, corrected number, it's the one he's actually quoting clients, and there's no scope evidence pointing anywhere else. The $4,000 immersion belongs as a separate on-ramp line if the page has room for one, not as a substitute for the headline price.
Not a direct comparable
The Farbman sprint pricing ($5K–15K small integrations, $28K–75K fixed builds, anchored against a $60–120K agency quote) is a different client, different pricing family — project/consulting sprints, not an annual coaching practice. Not used above.
